This website is operated by Bridget Espinola, known as Bee La Rosa and Moon Lodge Mystic. Throughout the site, these terms, and in-person dealings, “Bee La Rosa” and “Moon Lodge Mystic” refers to Bridget Espinola. Additionally, throughout the site, the terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Bee La Rosa and the Moon Lodge Mystic website. Additionally, throughout the site, the term “Intuitive Services” will be used to refer to all services Bee La Rosa offers, which includes all services enumerated here and includes tarot readings, astrological consultations, and dream interpretation services. Additionally, throughout the site, the term “Artwork” will refer to my own original artwork which includes art prints, jewelry, and crafts that may or may not be available for sale. Bee La Rosa offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Code of Ethics carefully before accessing or using the Moon Lodge Mystic website. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Any new features or services which are added to the existing Moon Lodge Mystic site shall also be subject to these terms. You can review the latest version of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time by coming to this page. These terms and policies may be updated at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you continue using or accessing this website after I post changes, then you understand that by doing so you accept those changes.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this website or Intuitive Services or Artwork, use of this website or Intuitive Services or Artwork, or access to this website or any contact on the site through which my content or services and goods are provided, without explicit written permission by me.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms and policies.
Liability Disclaimer
I am not a licensed doctor, lawyer, accountant, psychologist or financial advisor. I do not provide medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Intuitive Services cannot be used to predict the future with certainty, and you should never rely upon my services to make decisions that could affect your legal, financial, mental health or medical condition. If your inquiry involves any of these fields, you should seek the advice from a licensed or qualified professional. Intuitive Services cannot replace professional care and consultation.
By using this website, you explicitly acknowledge that all Intuitive Services and content available, and advice arising therefrom, are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment and general information only. Products or Services
Some of my products or services may be available exclusively online through this website. Every effort has been made to accurately depict colors and images of my artwork and goods which appear on my website. I cannot guarantee that your digital screen or computer monitor will accurately represent the likeness of the products I sell.
I reserve the right to change or alter any and all descriptions of my products, services, and pricing at any time without notice. I reserve the right to discontinue any service or product at any time. Any offer for any service or product made on this website is void where prohibited.
I reserve the right to limit the sales or quantities of my products or services to any person, jurisdiction, or geographic region at any time, at my sole discretion.
I do not guarantee that my products, services, or content purchased or obtained by you will satisfy your expectations, or that I will offer corrections to my services, products, or content to meet your expectations.
Payment Policy
All Intuitive Services Rates can be found here and are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of services.
In-Person Intuitive Services. Payment is collected after the service has been rendered by cash, Venmo, or Stripe. I use a timer to measure the elapsed time a service takes and bill according to a given rate per minute. For services which are not charged by the minute, payment is collected in advance by cash, Venmo, or Stripe.
Online Intuitive Services. Services which are rendered online through the use of phone, Skype, Zoom, or Discord must be paid for in advance by Venmo or Stripe. A set amount of time is agreed upon in advance for services which are charged by the minute, and additional time may be purchased in advance if you wish for the service to continue after the agreed-upon time has lapsed. I do not offer refunds for unused time.
Event Bookings. For events occurring within 90 days of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. For events booked 90 days or greater in advance of the event date, a 50% refundable deposit is required. Seven days advance cancellation notice is required otherwise the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are collected by cash, Venmo, or Stripe and are held in my bank account until the event services have been rendered. Remaining full payment is due on or immediately after the event and is collected by cash, Venmo, or Stripe.
In-Person Artwork Sales. Payment is collected in advance by cash, Venmo, or Stripe.
Online Artwork Sales. Payment is collected in advance by cash, Venmo, or Stripe.
Refunds and Cancellations
The following section only applies to Intuitive Services.
Lateness, client-initiated cancellations, or no-shows. 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments for services. All advance payments are forfeited for lateness, cancellations without 24-hour notice, or no-shows. No refund will be issued for unused time or time forfeited due to lateness, except at my discretion. Please reach me at bee@moonlodgemystic.com or +425-977-0543 if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Refunds. If I am not available or am unable to reschedule without 24-hour notice to you, the client, then a full refund will be issued for advance payments of services not rendered. I do not offer refunds for Intuitive Services that have been fully rendered.
Return Policy
The following section only applies to Artwork Sales.
Art Commissions. Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued for finished work, except at my discretion. Refunds may only be issued for work that has not been started.
Artwork Sales. For sales of goods created without prior arrangement between myself and client, such as art prints or jewelry, returns may be accepted up to 30 days after delivery and are eligible for a full refund not including the cost of shipping.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through my website or in-person. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
The content provided on this website may not be accurate, complete, or current. The content provided on this website and by me is for entertainment and general information purposes only. None of the content I provide is a substitute for lawful advice or services rendered by licensed professionals such as doctors, mental health professionals, lawyers, or financial advisors. Any reliance on the content on this site is at your own risk.
Additionally, my content may at times make reference to historical information. Historical information is provided for your reference only and may not be current or accurate. Additional Art & Commissions Terms
The following terms apply to Art Commissions and Art Sales by Bee La Rosa.
Cancellation of Commission. I reserve the right to cancel or cease work on a commission due to inappropriate behavior, poor communication, or breach of the terms and policies enumerated on this page without a refund. If I must cancel a commission due to circumstances that do not relate to the client’s own breach of these terms, I may offer a refund of any prepaid deposits at my discretion.
Ownership and Copyright. I own the copyright to any commissioned piece or reproduction of my original artwork (such as a physical art print or digital art file), unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon. Upon full payment of the commissioned piece, you are granted a Personal License. Under a Personal License, you may not resell the commissioned piece in any form, including the use of print-on-demand services. You may, however, display the commissioned piece on social media or as profile icons on websites, print artwork for your personal use, and use print-on-demand services for personal use only.
Privacy Policy
Before you post comments to this website or submit personal information about yourself, please read through this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully. Use of this website or contact with the website’s author or proprietor constitutes your acceptance and acknowledgement of these terms.

Video Reading Recordings
Bee La Rosa may, at your option, provide video conference tarot readings through third party platforms or hosts, such as Skype, Zoom, or Discord. These video readings may from time to time be recorded. If a video reading is recorded, you will be put on notice in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though charges may apply. Before consenting to a video reading, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with Bee La Rosa. By commencing a video reading, you are consenting to the terms herein. Also, use of the third party platform triggers that third party’s Privacy Policy as well, and you are expected to be familiar with its Privacy Policy and consent thereto. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record video readings without express, written permission from Bee La Rosa. If you would like to record your video tarot reading, please ask before doing so.
Confidentiality of Information Submitted Electronically
While Bee La Rosa exercises reasonable efforts to maintain your confidentiality, electronic communications over the Internet are not always secure. Bee La Rosa has no control over what third parties might do with electronically transmitted personal information. Please be mindful of that when using this website or e-mailing Bee La Rosa. It is not Bee La Rosa’s responsibility to guarantee or warrant the security or confidentiality of any information you transmit electronically. Code of Ethics
Mission
This code of ethics applies to myself, Bee La Rosa. I strive to uphold the highest ethical standards in all services I offer. As a former Human Services professional, I also hold myself to the National Organization of Human Services Ethical Standards and apply them where they are appropriate in my work. My goal is to help others nurture or restore their connection with their own inner knowing and guide them toward the purpose and lifestyle that is most in alignment with their own authentic experience. I believe that a person should use my Intuitive Services as an aid to make conscious actions in pursuit of their aspirations. As a professional intuitive, I will endeavor to treat each person with respect and provide a personal, confidential space for my services.
My Role
As a professional intuitive, my role is to provide spiritual guidance and empower clients to make decisions for themselves within the framework of the client’s own personal spiritual beliefs or practices. It’s important for me to make reasonable efforts to explain my services to my client, use an interpretive process, and analyze or intuitively understand the meaning of the service. I strive to support my client’s healing process and help the client to find the most positive potential outcomes for their situation.
Limitations
My services fall outside the scope of occult sciences and I will not render services in a manner that claims or purports to tell fortunes, or the ability to foretell with any certainty future events, or disclose in unequivocal terms the mental faculties of any persons. I will never and cannot provide the ability to cure another of ailments outside the lawful practice of medicine, or provide financial benefits outside the lawful practice of financial analysis and management, or provide therapeutic care outside the lawful practice of therapy, counseling, or other mental health professions. I will never purport to offer legal, medical, mental health or financial advice.
Adherence to Any Applicable Laws
All applicable laws will be followed and adhered to. I will be knowledgeable regarding all applicable state and local laws regarding fortune telling, including statues and local municipal codes, amongst others, within my own jurisdiction.
Referrals to Qualified Professionals
Out of a duty of care to my clients, if an inquiry touches upon legal matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will refer the client to seek the counsel of a licensed attorney. If an inquiry touches upon health or medical matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will refer the client to seek diagnosis by a licensed medical doctor. If an inquiry touches upon financial or real property matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will refer the client to seek advice from a qualified financial consultant, analyst, or real estate professional.
Duty to Reject Subsequent Reading Requests
If at any time I believe or have reason to believe that a client is using tarot readings to substitute, and not merely supplement, counseling from a qualified mental health professional, then I will act upon my duty to reject subsequent reading requests from the client and to refer the client to seek qualified mental professional support. However, my services may be used as a supplement to qualified counseling or serve the function of life coaching or general spiritual guidance.
No Dishonesty, Fraud, Deceit, or Misrepresentations
I shall never guarantee any one outcome, positive or negative. I shall never engage in deceptive business or unfair trade practices. I shall make no misrepresentations about my competency, certifications, qualifications, or abilities.
Minors
I will not make sales of Intuitive Services to minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age without the written permission of that minor’s parent or legal guardian. Such readings will be incredibly limited in what topics can be covered or discussed at length. Regardless of parental/guardian consent, I reserve the right not to provide services if I feel so appropriate.
Third Party Consent
I will not provide Intuitive Services on inquiries into the personal affairs, business, intentions, mental faculties, or activities of third parties who are not present for the reading, unless the client represents and warrants to the tarot professional that such third party’s express consent has been obtained. However, I may provide reading services on inquiries about how the client’s affairs, business, intentions, mental faculties, or activities might be affected by that third party.
Confidentiality
Although there is not likely to be a legal evidentiary privilege between a professional intuitive and client, I nonetheless agree on my own accord to be bound by a duty of confidentiality. I shall not reveal personal or private information relating to services rendered unless that client has given informed consent. I shall exercise reasonable efforts to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of or access to information relating to my clients, which includes password protection to any electronic accounts, computers, or data storage units that would include client files. However, I may reveal personal or otherwise private information relating to services rendered if I reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent substantial bodily harm or death, or a court order overrides the confidentiality. Partial information from services rendered may be disclosed under the client’s anonymity for academic, civic, census, survey, or research purposes.
No Duty to Retain Records
I may, at my own discretion, keep records or files on services rendered. I, however, do not owe a client any duty to retain records or files on services rendered. If I do choose to keep client records, I must develop and maintain an appropriate system for storing my clients’ personal information in a way that will reasonably protect their confidentiality and privacy.
